The Petunia Surfinia Amethyst, ‘Petunia hybrids’, are brilliant in color and are very low maintenance. Surfinia Petunias are the most vigorous cascading petunias available. The densely branched foliage and masses of blooms can trail to 4 feet per season. The Surfinia Amethyst Petunia has beautiful light purple flowers. Surfinia Petunias are very heat and drought tolerant once established in the ground or pot. They do not need to have their dead flower heads removed to continue flowering and they are not leggy. For zones 9-11, this plant can also be a perennial.
