The Anemone ‘Admiral’, ‘Anemone coronaria’, a fall planted tuber, produces striking, pink-rose colored single flowers. They are loved in gardens and arrangements for their large, richly colored blooms. Anemones grow well in southern climates.The Admiral Anemone will flower for 2 to 3 weeks in early to mid-spring. Anemones are great for containers, cut flowers. and borders, and this plant will attract butterflies. Note: Soak the tuber in tepid water for about 12 hours before planting to promote early sprouting.
